On August 30, 2024, Assurant amended its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”), which applies to all employees, officers and directors of Assurant and its subsidiaries. The amended Code includes changes primarily to address Assurant’s policies regarding use of artificial intelligence. Please refer to the full text of the Code for additional details. The adoption of the amended Code did not result in any waiver of any provision of Assurant’s previous Code of Business Conduct and Ethics disclosable under Item 5.05(b) of Form 8-K.
